Refund Policy

Effective: 19 August 2026

1. General rule for digital products

Because our products are digital and can be accessed shortly after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the correct purchased material has been successfully made available to the customer.

2. Eligible refund situations

You may request review of a refund if: (a) the same order was charged more than once; (b) payment was successfully debited but the purchased material was not made available; (c) a materially incorrect digital file was supplied and we are unable to correct or replace it; or (d) another verified payment or delivery error prevents you from receiving the product you paid for.

3. How and when to request a refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@prakashsirsnotes.in. Include your order number, purchase email/mobile number, payment reference if available, and a brief description of the issue. Never send your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, full card number, or banking password.

4. Review timeline

We aim to review eligible refund requests within 2 business days after receiving enough information to verify the transaction and delivery status. We may first restore access or replace an incorrect file where that fully resolves the issue.

5. Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, we will initiate it to the original payment method through Razorpay. Normal refunds may take approximately 7–10 working days after initiation to reflect in the customer's bank account, card balance, or other original payment method, depending on the bank or payment method.

6. Failed or pending payments

If money appears debited but the order is not confirmed, do not make a second payment immediately. Contact us so we can verify the payment status first.
