1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or purchasing a product from Prakash Sir's Notes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.

2. Products and pricing

We sell digital educational notes and study materials. The title, subject, course, description, price, and other available product details are displayed before checkout. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is treated as successful only after the payment is confirmed and verified. If an amount is debited but access is delayed, please do not pay again; contact us so we can check the transaction.

4. Digital delivery

No physical item is shipped. After successful payment verification, purchased notes are made available electronically through the website's “My Notes” access flow. Delivery details and support for delayed access are described in our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.

5. Personal-use licence

Purchased materials are licensed only for the purchaser's personal study. They may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, reproduced for commercial use, or shared with others without written permission.

6. Refunds and cancellations

7. Educational disclaimer

Our notes are supplementary study aids. We do not guarantee examination marks, grades, admissions, or other academic outcomes. Students should also follow the relevant official syllabus, textbooks, school guidance, and examination-board instructions.

8. Website availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and purchased materials available. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, payment verification delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
