Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Important: Prakash Sir's Notes sells digital educational products only. No physical goods are shipped.
1. Delivery method
After successful payment verification, purchased digital notes are made available electronically through the website's “My Notes” access flow.
2. Delivery time
Digital access is normally provided shortly after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, payment verification, technical issues, or service interruptions may delay access.
3. No physical shipping
There are no courier, postal, or physical shipping charges because all products are digital. A physical delivery address is not required for fulfilment of the notes.
4. Delayed or missing access
If your payment succeeds but your purchased notes are not available, do not make a second payment. Contact us with your order number and purchase email/mobile number so we can verify the transaction and restore access where appropriate.
5. Support timeline
We aim to respond to digital-delivery issues within 2 business days.
